How do I order a cake from Love and Butter?
Pick your cake on The Cakes page and press Order this cake. Choose your pickup spot and day, add gluten free or a note if you like, then pay securely through Square. Square emails your receipt and Debbie confirms your pickup day.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Every cake is baked to order, so please order at least 48 hours ahead. For a last-minute order, call or text 336-425-8338 to check availability.
Where do I pick up my cake?
At Attic 13 On Main, 220 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292, Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm. You can also choose Uptown Charlotte at checkout, and Debbie sends the exact address with your order confirmation.
Do you have a pickup in Charlotte?
Yes. Choose Uptown Charlotte when you order. Pickup is Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm, and Debbie sends the exact address with your order confirmation.
Can I get a cake gluten free?
Yes. Gluten free is $5 extra per cake. Tick the gluten free box when you order and Debbie will confirm.
What allergens are in the cakes?
Every cake page lists the full ingredients and allergens. All of the cakes contain milk, and most contain or may contain wheat and nuts. Keep cakes refrigerated.
How many people does a cake serve?
The Goat Cheese Deluxe, Dirty Martini Gorgonzola, Mediterranean Escape and Whipped Feta Dream cakes are 12 slices. The Brie Deluxe Porcini and Brie-cuterie cakes are 8 slices. The Basque cheesecakes are 10 slices.
Do the savory cheesecakes come with crackers?
Yes, the savory cheesecakes come with crackers.
Can I customize or substitute ingredients?
Yes. Tell us what you would like changed in the note box when you order, and Debbie will confirm.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through Square, so you can pay securely by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay.
Do you cater events with cheese carts?
Yes. Love and Butter brings cheese and dessert carts to weddings, winery weekends, private parties and corporate events across the Triad. Every cart is quoted for your date, venue and guest count. Send an enquiry on The Carts page and we come back within a day.
Where can I find the Love and Butter carts?
Most weekends the carts are at a Yadkin Valley winery. This week's dates go up on Instagram at @loveandbuttercatering.
